About Flowline
Flowline is a productivity workspace that keeps your tasks, habits, calendar and focus time in one place — for yourself, and with the people you work with.
Why Flowline exists
Most people split their day across a task app, a habit tracker, a calendar and a focus timer. Each one holds a piece of the picture, and none of them talk to each other. Flowline connects them: time a task and the hours land on the card, link a habit to your calendar and it appears there on its own, give a task a duration and it takes real space in your day. The dashboard and analytics then show where your time and effort actually go.
What you can do with it
On your own, Flowline gives you lists and tasks with subtasks, tags, due dates and recurrence; habits with streaks, goals and custom tracking fields; a calendar that also syncs with Google Calendar; and a focus timer with intervals and ratings that feeds your analytics.
With others, you create a workspace per company, client or project, invite members as Admin, Editor or Viewer (or a custom role), group them into teams, share lists, assign tasks, comment, and schedule meetings at a time when everyone is free. Changes made by others show up live.
