Welcome to Flowline
Flowline brings your tasks, habits, calendar and focus time together — for yourself, and with the people you work with. This documentation covers everything you can do in it.
What is Flowline?
Flowline connects the pieces of your day that usually live in separate apps. Start a focus timer on a task — or a single subtask — and the time shows up on the task. Link a habit to your calendar and it appears there on its own. Give a task a duration and it takes real space in your calendar. Then the dashboard and analytics show you where your time and effort actually go.
Everything you do on your own lives in your Personal space. When you work with others, you create workspaces — one per company, client or project — invite members with the right role, group them into teams, share lists, assign tasks, comment, and schedule meetings at a time when everyone is free. Changes made by others show up live.

Personal and workspaces
The workspace switcher in the sidebar decides where your lists, list analytics and workspace calendar point to. Personal is always there and is only yours. Each workspace you create or join has its own lists, members, teams and calendar. Your global Calendar, your habits and your focus timer stay personal and follow you everywhere.
