Profile & settings
Your profile, sign-in, notifications, theme and data.
Profile
Open your profile from the avatar menu in the top bar.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Shown in the dashboard greeting and to the people you work with. |
| Avatar | Upload a photo, shown in the header and next to your name. |
| Your sign-in email (cannot be changed). If it is not verified yet, send yourself a verification link from here. | |
| Password | Change it from here. Accounts created with Google sign in through Google and have no Flowline password. |
| Subscription | Your current plan, with a link to Billing. |
Name in a workspace
Inside a workspace, you can also set a nickname that only that workspace's members see — from its Members page.
Timezone
There is nothing to set: Flowline uses your browser's timezone and keeps it in sync. It decides what “today” means for your tasks, habits, focus analytics and calendar.
Theme
Light, dark or system — switch with the moon/sun button in the top bar. The choice is remembered on your device.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar gathers what needs your attention:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Invitations | Contact requests, shared lists, workspaces and meetings — accept or decline right there. |
| Meeting updates | A meeting you are on was changed. |
| Mentions | Someone @mentioned you in a comment. |
| Assignments | A task was assigned to you. |
| Due soon | Tasks due today or overdue. |
| Goals | A habit goal is ready to be claimed. |
Emails
Flowline also emails you for invitations (shared lists, workspaces, meetings), meeting changes and cancellations, task assignments, and your subscription.
Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar from the Calendar page (Connect Google in its header). Your Google calendars then appear read-only, each with its own toggle.
Calendar — Google CalendarDeleting your account
You can permanently delete your account from your profile. It removes your data — tasks, lists (with everything in them), comments, habits, events and focus sessions — and cancels your subscription. Workspaces you own are deleted with their content for every member; you leave the others, and you disappear from shared lists, teams, assignments and contacts. This cannot be undone.
